Bentley Lewis turns nine!
We started Bentley Lewis back in 2010 with the mission to give people access to the best opportunities regardless of their background. We didn't care that the financial crisis was in full swing, it was an opportunity to build something outstanding.
People were tired of the outdated, opaque way executive search firms did business, so we started building an alternative. One that’s totally transparent, treats people fairly, and evolves as quickly as Eliud Kipchoge ran the 2019 London Marathon.
It feels like we’ve only just started! As we celebrate our birthday, its great to see the diversity of our placements reflect the amazing world we live in. We’ve worked with people from all corners of the world, and have hired senior executives in cities including London, New York, Japan, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Singapore to name a few.
The loyal community we’ve built has been the real source of our strength, and thank you so much for the enthusiasm, ideas and feedback along the way. It has been invaluable!
