Good news for job seekers: companies are in hiring mode
The past month has certainly been an interesting one.Despite the changing government guidelines, the good news is companies are hiring. It varies from sector to sector, however overall we've seen a significant increase in new searches over the past few months.
We have been working with some fantastic companies to find leaders for roles across Europe and the US and have noticed some interesting trends which we wanted to share with you.
Recruitment trends we’ve noticed:
- Time to hire has been reduced
- More companies are sourcing globally for leadership talent
- Increase in the diversity of hires for leadership positions
The interview process is typically the most time consuming part of the recruitment process and with virtual hiring, companies have been able to significantly reduce their time to hire. The pandemic has also made people think about the importance of where particulars roles are based.
It’s been interesting to see leaders think more globally about where they source talent and have people based. With the ability to source more globally, talent pools become much larger, and we’ve seen an increase in the diversity of hires.

Client Feedback:
“For years I realised what was holding me back most was my lack of self-belief to ‘dare’ to contribute and challenge – especially in a larger group. I would often wait until meetings were over, but now feel comfortable to speak up and accept any potential push-backs for what they are and not take them personally.” – CEO Healthcare
