Play To Your Strengths
It’s natural to struggle with receiving negative feedback. So much of the feedback you receive from line managers and job interviews tends to focus on "how you can improve" or "what you failed to demonstrate".
If we want to perform to the best of our abilities and do the best job we can, don’t dwell on the criticism and negative feedback.
We all have different strengths. Double down on the things you are great at and hire people with complementary skills.
A useful exercise to go through is to map out your personal strengths and strongest skills, and think about how they fit in to the job you do now, and how your job might look like in the future.

Client Feedback:
“For years I realised what was holding me back most was my lack of self-belief to ‘dare’ to contribute and challenge – especially in a larger group. I would often wait until meetings were over, but now feel comfortable to speak up and accept any potential push-backs for what they are and not take them personally.” – CEO Healthcare
