The workplace has changed beyond recognition these past few years. Businesses were forced to go remote, some have remained, others have gone hybrid, and some are desperate to return to the office.

What has all this done to workplace culture?

It’s clear remote working comes with many benefits.

Two-thirds of employers have reported an increase in productivity and many employees are enjoying a better work/life balance.

But many might fear the absence of an office could kill company culture, one size doesn’t fit all, and many people reported feeling burnout with no separation between work and home.
