Alison is Principal, Executive Search, at Bentley Lewis. She brings over 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience with a focus on Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Professional Services, and Technology. She has completed numerous mandates for a range of organisations, from global corporates to start-ups, in General Management, Marketing, Sales, Risk, Analytics, and Treasury.

Previously, Alison held key strategic roles as a Talent Acquisition Director and an outsourced RPO Partner for leading organisations, such as The Hartford, GE Money, and Mastercard, driving impactful organizational transformations. She has also served as an integral partner collaborating with private equity and venture capital firms

Notable for her quick strategic thinking and understanding of competitive landscapes, Alison is celebrated for promoting diversity, particularly advancing women in executive roles.

Beyond her professional life, Alison actively contributes to her community, volunteering at a breast cancer foundation and raising funds for local health centres.
