About Anika Arora

Anika Arora is the Global Executive Search & Head of India at Bentley Lewis, focusing on Financial Services and Technology. She lives in Mumbai, India. Anika has extensive experience in executive search delivering leadership and board hires.

Anika joins us from General Atlantic, a global private equity firm, where she supported leadership and board hiring for portfolio companies in consumer tech. Anika has also worked for the Gerson Lehman Group, Third Bridge and more recently at Positive Moves Executive Search.

Anika has a B.Sc in Mathematics and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad. She loves to travel and is also a Certified Script writer from Yale University.
