Prior to joining Bentley Lewis, she completed an internship in global recruitment firm, specialising in senior management mandates across the FMCG industry.

Maria holds Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich and has been volunteering for nonprofit organisation since 2010.
