About Kelly Stover

Kelly is Principal, Executive Search, at Bentley Lewis focusing on Consumer and E-commerce.

Kelly is an internationally accomplished, results-driven human capital executive, with more than 23 years’ experience in defining and implementing talent and recruiting strategies at global organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Kelly has personally defined and implemented capabilities that address the full employee lifecycle from hire-to-retire through building and leading high performing HR teams to meet business objectives.

Kelly has successfully led strategic multi-site organizational change in various business settings, managed labor relations effectively, coordinated mergers of culturally distinct organizations, and personally led complex integration projects.

Kelly has held executive HR leadership roles at large global consumer organisations including Frito-Lay, Nestle Waters, and Keurig Dr. Pepper. Kelly has also extensive experience in executive HR Leadership roles at Amazon Global Logistics, Amazon North American Fulfillment Operations, Boeing Defense in conjunction with DARPA and SAIC.

Kelly is at her best advising clients and senior leaders on how to invest in their People, Processes and Technology underpinned by a meaningful value proposition. Kelly has a passion for developing people by leaving teams in a better shape than she found them by helping them find pride in their work, their leadership and overall brand.

Kelly has supported client teams across the United States, she has supported business start-ups in Mexico and Canada, and supported her client teams in India, Brazil, Australia and the EU.

Kelly earned her BA in Professional Writing at Saint Mary’s of Notre Dame. She is a proud mother of five children and volunteers her time outside of work to support youth sports, career development of others, and youth faith development at her Church.
