About Jamie Craw

Jamie is Principal, Executive Search, at Bentley Lewis. She has 20 years of executive search and talent acquisition experience, and has held leadership roles in executive talent acquisition, talent advisory, and DEI strategy, most recently at Google, The Walt Disney Company, and Verizon.

In addition to leading external searches at the Director to C-level, both in house and as an executive search partner, Jamie’s expertise and passion lies in creating a holistic executive talent strategy. Her approach is built on data, and in quickly synthesizing complex problems into simple solutions. She is a strong believer in working collaboratively with her clients, with empathy, structure, and strategic planning at the forefront of each project.

Jamie holds a BA in English from University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a coaching certification from IPEC. Born and raised in South Florida, she lives in New Jersey with her two children, husband and two dogs.
