Are you burning out?

Early mornings, late finishes, and staring at your phone in bed. Not fully present with your partner, or kids, and addicted to your device. Work creeping into the weekend?

When you start planning work on a Sunday rather than just using it to recharge and live life, something has to change. There are many people, more than you might think who are going through the same experience. Whether working every hour to lead their organisation through these uncertain times or people who haven’t taken any time off through fear of losing their job.

Most leaders I speak with say they don’t mind working on the weekend and it feels like there is so much to do. It’s true, the pace right now is relentless. But very quickly it becomes a habit that’s hard to break. These same people who were excited about navigating their organisations through the crisis are in need of a break or risk burnout.
