About Monica Soffin

Monica Soffin is an Executive Search Consultant, North America at Bentley Lewis, focusing on the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.

Prior to joining Bentley Lewis Monica learned the fundamentals of recruiting, working at a boutique search firm based in Phoenix Arizona. Before venturing into the world of executive search Monica began her professional career as a Special Education Teacher, working with children that have unique learning challenges. Monica was able to successfully pivot from the classroom, into a trusted career advisor and liaison working with both candidates and clients. Over the past 4 years Monica has built a vast network across the Semiconductor and Enterprise Software industries.

Monica is passionate about partnering with clients that are mission driven and making a positive impact on society, which is why she is excited to help build the life sciences practice at Bentley Lewis.

Monica earned a Bachelor of Science in Literacy, Learning, and Leadership from the University of Arizona.

Monica is a proud New Yorker, having been raised in a suburb outside of New York City. However, the West Coast has stolen her heart and she currently resides in San Francisco with her partner and adorable bichon-poodle Chauncey. In her free time Monica enjoys pilates, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
